At Pkdiecast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scale model purchase. If your item isn't exactly what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the diecast model in its original manufacturer box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to ensure it is in mint condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
